Current mood: Disappointed

Saturated with feelings and the year has begun to spin so, that my top has bottomed out...chances are I can fight it off...yet all I can see is nothing but the darkness and the red fire and the occasional sunset and full moon cannot but temporarily alleviate the saturation.

I'm not sure what we're made of...sometimes not even sure how or who...and I can freely admit to lack the keys of motivation...which fills my lungs with hesitation...and the ever so infamous question...if we dream we're rock stars and wake up nobodies, then why wake up period?

But there are plenty of questions and plenty of inquisitors and not a single answerer...just plenty of fools that pretend...and whose answers merely condemn...the poor buffoons that believe the fools and only fool them...-selves...what a mouthful, eh?

Oh to be lost in a a a wonderful slumber...the kind that heros have...where everything is positively delicious and precious and sexy...and there are no answers simply because there are no questions...and we're all like the motorcycle boy freeing the fish to let them color the pond with rumble...and all our enemies crumble...and all the barriers tumble...and all the gross is humble...and the music...the music...well the music is just love.

But the year continues to spin and seems like I just can't win...but I hope to fight it off and break just even...lord knows I'm no longer that young...and spring has sprung and Sinatra has sung...and my top bottoms out so often that crazy doesn't cut it anymore...and the questions continue to mount and sunrise is sparse and tainted and my muscles have unraveled some and there are fewer ounces of motivation each day...

oh to be lost in a seems that isn't so right...because as long as stars fill the night...I have to remember my own lies to myself..."I will not rest""I'm great""I'm a rock star""I shot a man in Reno""I'm a g""I don't cry""I will not rest"...

I guess I'm not quite right...

Sex in the City

Welcome to an adult relationship...

Lies preclude lays and truths preclude trues but if you have the skills you can come up with a descent combination of lies and truths and still manage to get laid.

I mean what really are the trues of life: True love. True hate. True friendship. True lies.

The truth is as we get older we manage to hold on to these trues as truths and claim this is what we live by.

But lets get real. All the trues get erased at the moments of truths that come up.

Happiness is fleeting, yet we are willing to sacrifice our trues that we hold dear in order to keep around just a bit longer like it's some type of illicit drug that we can't just buy at the supermarket.

Sacrifice your ideals and principles to get laid just a little longer or to maybe just get a date.

When we were in our pre-adult relationships it was much easier to hold on to beliefs. I mean we broke up over stupid things, but sometimes we broke up because it just wasn't worth the sacrifice.

And as much as you are supposed to sacrifice yourself for the good of the cause, are you supposed to sacrifice the good of the cause just to get some ass?

What's worse about these adult relationships is that we even lie to ourselves, sacrificing our trues for instant gratification because deep down inside we know there is no happiness there.

So if we can just have one more orgasm or one more kiss or one more notch on our belt then it's entirely OK to sacrifice what we always held so true.

And the thing is we've lost the war and had to give up true love and romance in the peace treaty.

And we sit there at the Palace of Versailles signing away our collective trues so that we can stay with this good-looking man or woman.

And it gets worse and worse as we become more adult and it comes to pass the evolution of the least fit species- bigger-picture Darwinism.

So that the unfit and unlovable liars preclude the true lovers and so on and so on until all there is left is creeps like me.

Welcome to an adult relationship.

James Brown is dead

Apparently one of the greatest entertainers in history has died.

James Brown, who proved once and for all that it's a man's world, has passed on this Christmas.

"James Brown, the dynamic, pompadoured "Godfather of Soul," whose rasping vocals and revolutionary rhythms made him a founder of rap, funk and disco as well, died early Monday, his agent said. He was 73." - from

Here is the whole story if you care to read it.

RIP to the father of modern music.

Dreaming of a white Christmas

Solitude is quite a magnificent thing.
Some seek it. Some adore it. Some detest it.
Others, like myself, admire it.

Sinatra however captures it quite gorgeously and perfectly.
His Christmas songs in particular are daunting.
They seem to sadden up the mood with out bringing down its self-esteem.
It's more like just sole searching sadness.
Chalino Sanchez seems to do the same in Spanish.
And Tupac does it in American.

But they don't seem to capture the sorrow and longing
without adding a sense of hopelessness and hate.
I guess they had a lot to be hateful for.
And plenty of times they equally match old blue eyes

I don't really have a point here.
Except to say that I guess you can be happy and sad at the same time.
You can be alone and with everyone simultaneously.
You don't have to live on mountain to dream about the white Christmases you used to know.

"May your days be merry and bright.
And may all your Christmases be white."

Current mood: Contemplative

I know a thing or two about a thing or two

I know exactly how you feel.

You feel separate from everyone...disconnected at the levels of humanity.

You think your cell phone will handle the connects...but it takes two to least two.

I also know you think you are special...we are taught to think we are are special because you come from the same place.

I believe in God...though it defies logic...but so does everything I have doing...or plan to do.

But even if you choose not to believe in God...what ever it is you believe the truth is we all come from the same source.

We are all one life endless chain.

Think your unlike anyone else? Bet you do...then why do you try to fit in.

You want to belong...but you want to feel want to be better or odder than even your established friends.

This is what shuts your brain down from the rest of the universe.

The truth is we are all the same...and even if you poses a skill that seems unique it is only part of the equilibrium of the universe.

In The Bible God created adam and then the woman from adam's rib...his other half.

If God created man and woman in his likeness then God is neither solely a man nor solely a woman...God is that which appears when both man and woman are in perfect harmony and the energy that is created when humanity embrace humanity is his likeness.

There is a spot on your brain right where the forehead is that prevents you from seeing this connection.

If you peer into it with out greed or expectation then you can use the energy around you to transfer your love and joy and hope and fear and pain to the ones you love,

Eienstein...who used more of his brain than most any human has...said that if man could use the full brain it would not need a body it would just be energy,

he believed that when we die we become this energy and a part of the universe...we all become one little by little...

You are special because you are a unique part of the equation.

Don't believe me...I know you might have your doubts...I'm sure you think that no one is like you and you might even like being unlike...but that's not true and you know it.

Why else would you feel drawn to others who you think are like you...other loaners?

Why do you think you're on the edge of finding that person that will love you and understand you for good?

Why do you watch movies or go to places that are just as rare and disconnected as you?

You are drawn to the energy of the universe...because the secret to life is balance and the only way to truly live is to understand that you are a part of the energy that keeps your fellow man and fellow creations a drift.

USC gets lost on route to title game

PetePete this fourth-down conversion thing isn’t working, we may need an alternate route.

PetePete the rushing game is sluggish and the open field is kind of closed, should we turn here?

PetePete I think we might have to settle for a Rose Bowl.

While it’s true that a TomTom can navigate you through most of the country, it also true that Pete Carroll usually has the GPS like skills to get his USC Trojans to the National College Football Championship.

However, nor PetePete nor TomTom could have seen the UCLA defense building a detour from Glendale, Arizona where the BCS championship is held to the Rose Bowl where the PAC- 10 champion usually goes.

Last weekend before its game against Notre Dame I though USC was going to lose, turns out they did just a weekend later.

UCLA played amazing from the start on its way to holding one of the most prolific offenses in the nation to just 9 points. The final score UCLA 13, USC 9 tells only part of the story.

From the start of the first quarter you could tell that UCLA was gonna do something big.

It just felt like it. Kind of like when Buster Douglas came into the ring against Mike Tyson.

You just knew Douglas wanted it more.

It’s actually kind of sad since I was in awe of the Trojans against Notre Dame last Saturday.

I just thought the Trojan defense was a monster.

I guess it wasn’t a bear-eating monster as the Burins beat up on the Trojans landing big hits and making big plays.

If it weren’t for several key mistakes on offense, who knows how much UCLA would have won by.

Idiot Emissions Cause Global Warming

Justice Antonin Scalia is killing me and you.

"There's something of a consensus on warming, but not a consensus on how much is attributable to human activity," said Scalia in an argument in favor of the Bush administration in a case that pits against humanity.

The case addressees whether the Environmental Protection Agency is required by law to regulate carbon dioxide emission from new cars.

The issue is whether CO2 is a "pollutant" under the Clean Air Act. The EPA says no and is backed by big oil and vehicles. Apparently the EPA feels that it is the only body that can decide that

Your killing us EPA and it kind of takes the “Protection” out of Environmental Protection Agency.

Maybe EPA officials can have Scalia write up a little ditty that give it supreme power over defining all scientific terminology so that they can work as little as the president does on his pre-speech prep.

Then we could change “EPA” to “EPA?” or “Environmental Protection Agency?”

Then its slogan could be “EPA? Depends on what you mean by environment.”

You can read the article at

The Supreme Court appeared sharply divided Wednesday over what role the federal government should play in regulating carbon dioxide emissions from new cars.

The major environmental case pits states against the Bush administration over damage claims blamed on global warming.

"Isn't it intuitively reasonable to suppose that with some reduction of the greenhouse gases, there will be some reduction of the ensuing damage or the ensuing climate change which causes the damage?" asked Justice David Souter. "Isn't that fair?"
Scalia is a damn moron. What makes him an expert? If he didn’t have a job he could be Bush’s chief of staff.

I guess having numerous degrees in science, doing decades of research and using just plain logic is questionable to “Nino,” who in his bias opinion disagrees with 99 percent of the scientific community in assessing the true cause of global warming.

Maybe we’ve going about it ass backward. Lawyers and judges should investigate scientific phenomena.

In fact why isn’t “Nino” out trying to find a cure for AIDS or trying to cure cancer, shit maybe he can solve a Rubik’s Cube.

Just another example of corrupt government officers neglecting their duty to not kill us.

What can you expect from a guy who’s nickname is one accent short of being the worst example of global warming there is: El Niño.

Oh well we’ll always have Solent Green to look forward too. Bon appetite Nino!
